In 2011, Eric began his professional journey in the insurance industry with a leading insurance company in Rochester, New York, advising his clients with investments and protection planning solutions. Within a year, he was sought after and quickly recruited by a local brokerage firm where he made his true initial impact in the insurance industry. His primary focus was as a support for advisors and agents to educate, design and position protection planning strategies for their clients’ financial plans. The aim of his practice soon shifted to working with business-based clients to assist with their exit planning, business continuation, key person protection and recruiting and retaining strategies. Incorporating employee benefits into those conversations were his natural next steps. After a number of years honing his expertise with group insurance design, through the support and motivation of his beautiful wife, he decided to open the doors to his own practice to deliver much needed benefits support to a large consumer base of employers that are deserving of reliable service and a focus on education for their teams.
